We are very proud to advise we are currently the only breeder in Australia to have completed all 3 levels of the PawPeds Academy. We are also currently the only breeder in Australia to have received their G1 Teacher Owl which is a great honour.
As we mentor some newer breeders I feel it is extremely important to keep up-to-date on best practice and this is a great platform for all breeders to get involved in.

We are registered with GCCSA, FASA and DACO.
We began our journey in 2012 with a gorgeous show neuter called Indie and our journey from there. We have currently imported 8 cats from across the world, 1 from Croatia, 2 from Italy, 2 from Germany, 1 from Hungary, 1 from Russia and 1 from New Zealand. We work closely with a few breeders who we trust and we mentor a few newer breeders as well.
Coonmagic works very hard to produce cats that are not only sound in personality and temperament but are true to the breed. To this end, we are extremely proud winners of the ACF 2018 National and ACF 2022 National as this is confirmation that we are doing something right. Our lines are also behind some of the recent big successes on the show bench in Australia and we are absolutely stoked to see this.
Coonmagic Penny Lane became the first Maine Coon in Australia National Show history to be awarded Supreme Exhibit In Show; she was under 9 mths at the time. The year was 2018. Coonmagic Gaston became the 2nd Maine Coon in Australia to be awarded ACF Supreme in Show in 2022 as an Entire.
